An OPEN TRACK MEET for ALL MEN AND WOMEN ages 40+ and older.   Compete against others in your own age group.  All persons from ALL states are welcomed to enter and compete, as long as one is 40 years of age or older, by DEC 31st of the same  year of the competition.  Bring a friend or relative and sign up today!

$50.00 entry – Enter 1 event or 2, 3, 4 or up to 5 events of your choice.   Each additional event is just $5.00 per event.   So (as example) if you signup for 7 events your entry fee will be $60.00 (maybe like these 7 events:  50m, 100m, 200m, discus, shot put, long jump, high jump)

Athlete Check-In: We ask that athletes check-in at least 30 minutes prior to your first event of the day.  So, (as example) there is no need for an athlete to show up at say  8:00am if their first event isn’t until say 10:00am or 1:00pm.
More info: Bring your own equipment, if possible.  But kindly know that that some equipment can be borrowed from us or from other athletes.  So please don’t hesitate to ask if you need equipment.   And/or please inform fellow athletes that your equipment is available the be used, if needed.

IF YOU ARE AN ATHLETE, please know that you can check anytime BEFORE your event, hopefully at least 30 minutes prior to your event.   NSGA RULES APPLY.

In 2026 our event is a qualifying track meet for 2027 National Senior Games track meet in Tulsa, OK.  Athletes must be 50 or older by Dec 31, 2026 to qualify.

Friday, Oct 2, 2026

Gates open at 5:15pm.   Some events will be held on Friday evening, mostly field events, for those that choose to do their event this evening instead of on Saturday.  We might also do 2 or 3 longer distance runs or power walks.

Saturday, Oct 3, 2026

7:45am  Gates at track open to athletes and athlete check-in begins.  You do not have to show up at 7:45am unless you you have an early event for the day.  We ask that you arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your first event of the day, per below schedule.

8:00am to 9:00am Open for warmups in all events, per the direction of track officials and/or volunteers.

9:00am – OPENING CEREMONY 

All Field events are DROP-IN EVENTS, & which means they can be done any time you want during times below:

9:15am – 12:15am – ALL Field Events – athletes go do an event when you are ready.  (ie. just walk up to the shot put area and check-in with person with clipboard, and do your event as instructed)

9:30am – 1500m Power Walk / 5k POWER WALK /400m Walk (*we will all discuss options of these events at the start, based on who signs up and shows up the morning of the event.)

*ALL times and info on this web page are subject to change, so check back up here on this website page OFTEN, especially the day before or even day of the event.  The event Director has discretion to modify all events and times at any time, even at the event.

We will have electronic timed runs with a photo finish cameral.  Some events we will hand-timed events.  We might make an announcement and decision the morning of the meet to alter any or all events start times or events order.    Me sure to check back here on this page too, as we will do our best to give updates, should they change.

*NOTE:  We might also have a 4 x 100m RELAY at the end of the day as the last event.  So if you want to run a 100m leg, get with meet Director, Greg, to put your name in the hat to join a relay team.  Form your own team, and/or we will form 4-person teams based on all those that come to the starting line to run a 100m segment.
